Called Smart Plumbing with an emergency. They were able to dispatch Jeff The Plumber and Sebastian out to my house to do the job before the holiday weekend and had very good communication. They replaced a 12 yr old busted water heater and connected it with custom-fitting copper piping. Honest Company. Great people. Very fair price, 1/2 of the lowest price their competitor from Oahu was trying to charge us! And SMART Plumbing Hawaii did a phenomenal job and got us HOT water in time for Christmas Eve! Thank you Jeff the Plumber and Sebastian. I highly recommend it, and even though it was a bad situation, their honesty, obvious professionalism, and excellent customer service made me feel like my money was very well spent!

Very helpful staff. I recently had a water heater problem. Fixed right away. Picked up my water heater and bought it to my house, installed the new heater. removed my old heater. I've used them before and will use them again.

Jeff has been great. He took care of flushing my Rinnai earlier in January and then came out again for a leaky faucet and slow drain within a couple of days of my contacting them. Very efficient.
